Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZmanLive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ZmanLive Ltd., an Israeli company registered in Israel. Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

ZmanLive provides a comprehensive platform for synagogue website creation and management: • Synagogue website creation and hosting • Hebrew calendar integration and prayer time automation • Space rental management systems • Donation and memorial message platforms • Administrative tools and customer support • Third-party service integrations (iCount, Netlify, HebCal) Services are provided on a subscription basis with different plan levels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

Account creation: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. Acceptable use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: • Violate intellectual property rights • Transmit malicious or illegal content • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems • Use our services for spam or fraudulent activities User content: You retain ownership of your content, but grant ZmanLive a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with our services Responsibility regarding images and photos: You are solely responsible for all images, photos, and visual content that you upload to our platform. You warrant that: • You own all necessary rights to the images you upload, or you have obtained explicit authorization from the rights owner • The images do not violate any copyright, image rights, or other intellectual property rights • The images do not contain illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content • You are solely responsible for any claim, legal action, or damage resulting from the use of images you have uploaded • ZmanLive shall in no way be responsible for copyright violations or other legal issues related to images you have uploaded

Plan Types: • Standard Plan: 80₪/24$/20€/month - Website + prayer times + donations + memorial messages • Premium Plan: 120₪/35$/30€/month - Standard + space rental + custom domain • Custom domains: included in Premium plan Billing Terms: • Monthly subscriptions billed in advance • Automatic renewal unless cancelled • Price changes with 30 days notice • Refunds only as specified in Refund Policy Payment Processing: All payments processed via iCount (Israeli payment processor). You authorize recurring charges for subscription services. Free trial: We offer a 30-day free trial. No credit card required during trial

GDPR Compliance: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israeli privacy law. Data collection: We collect only data necessary for service delivery. For details, see our Privacy Policy. User rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Contact us at privacy@zman.live to exercise these rights. Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Data transfers: Your data may be transferred to third-party service providers with appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR

ZmanLive ownership: Our services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to ZmanLive Ltd. Use license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services in accordance with these terms. User content: You retain ownership of your content, but grant ZmanLive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent our services without written authorization

Warranty disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Liability limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZmanLive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Maximum liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Force majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or performance failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

User termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using termination features in your dashboard. ZmanLive termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other legitimate reason. Termination effects: Upon termination: • Your access to services will be immediately suspended • Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy • No refund will be provided for services already delivered Survival: Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including sections on intellectual property and limitation of liability

Integrations: Our services integrate with third-party services: • iCount for payment processing • Netlify for website hosting • HebCal for Hebrew calendar data • Google Analytics for analytics Responsibility: We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms of service. Shared data: We share only necessary data with third-party services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by: • Email to the address associated with your account • Notification on our website • Update of the "Last updated" date Continued acceptance: Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Termination: If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before the new terms take effect

Governing law: These terms are governed by Israeli law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be resolved by competent Israeli courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Alternative resolution: Before resorting to courts, we commit to attempting to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation. Severability clause: If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the other provisions remain in force
